“Right side pin was 1/4 in off and would not fit. Found a welding shop to repair it. Titan said they would pay for the repairs but no compensation for having to haul it 50 miles to the shop and another 50 miles to go get so I haven’t been able to try it out. I should’ve made them send me another one and take this one back”

“I’m not asking for special treatment, I’m asking for fair treatment! They knowingly sent out a seriously abused stump bucket from their warehouse, won’t acknowledge it, and won’t do the right thing by offering a fair credit because of the product’s abused condition. Instead, they offered an insulting credit. These guys are not honest. You can do better - go to another provider. BTY, the shipper did not cause this type of damage. Pictures were taken at delivery at the lift gate of the Fedx truck.”

“I ordered this stump bucket and it doesn’t fit. Customer service has been telling me someone will call me back for 3 weeks and nothing. It seems they want to see just how rusty this thing can get sitting in my yard. It seems tough but I haven’t been able to use it yet because one side seems to be engineered wrong. It’s off by 1/2” or so. I have no guidance from Titan on how we proceed. Just a rusting lawn ornament.”
