The Fork frame arrived with no packing and looked like it had been used for 5 years because of the scrapes, missing paint, and damage. To make matters worse, the fork frame did not fit my 320R loader. Either due to poor specifications or poor quality control, the pins were too close together and wouldn't fit the loader. When I filed a warranty claim I was asked to take pictures, then take measurements, then to go get quotes to have it re-welded. Finally, an offer of grinding the pins made it fit. Never did the company offer to replace the unit or even explain the poor quality of the unit or why they send these things completely exposed to certain damage. During the warranty claim process, it seemed the company just preferred to throw up roadblocks hoping I'd go away. It seems "customer satisfaction" is an oxymoron at Titan
