“Received my order quickly, but so quick that no one had the time to check it. The 2 stabilizer short spears were not in the box, so it can’t be used. Called customer service and she said she would check with shipping and get back with me. That was last week, not a word yet. I received the order in less time than to hear if they will ship the missing pieces. Why didn’t they go out immediately ??”

“The bale spear is of good quality and is durable. The bolts that hold the small guide spears are low grade junk. Mine twisted off while tightening them with a hand held ratchet wrench. Good value and easy on and off. Fits my Massey Ferguson perfectly.”
