Unit is well built, works well with my pallet forks. Packaging is a joke! Box arrived split in half and taped back together by the carrier. Luckily the unit was not damaged and all hardware was there. I have purchased several items from Titan and with only 1 exception has the packaging been adequate.

Looks to be well built but my Bradco Forks (the only reason I purchased) do not fit on it without grinding on the adapter. Its inside width is about 1/2" to wide. I thought universal QA meant just that but i guess I was mistaken. Not blaming Titan but would have been nice to know ahead of time

Received the equipment on 9/28/23. Contacted Titan on 9/29/23. It was missing parts and the right latch hit the frame when engaged. As of today 10/16/23, I am still waiting for a resolution. Update 10/26/23 received replacement on 10/24/23 Per FedEx it was at local FedEx warehouse on 10/20/23, but it went around the area 3 days out for delivery on a FedEx truck before being delivered on the 4th day. The replacement is good and appears well-made, I give it a 4.5 stars. The support person I talked to I give 5 stars. Titan's process for a replacement took 3 weeks, I give that 2 stars, there were a lot of hoops, then a long wait for a decision. Titan's choice of FedEx for delivery, I give 1 star. I wanted to be home when it was delivered. FedEx had it out for delivery on Friday, Saturday, Monday and finally delivered on Tuesday. FedEx Tracking showed a delivery time range, then it changed to by the end of the day which is 8 PM where I live. Around 7:30 PM, it would update to returned to the warehouse.

Don't waste your time with a clip-on Bucket front forks. You get almost twice the lifting capacity by lifting with your 3-point hitch. Well-made works perfectly.

It only took Titian 3 weeks to send me my attachment because it was damaged every time it was shipping times since it was never crated. As a result, FedEx destroyed the first three during shipping/handling. The fourth one wasn't returned back to Titan because it miraculouslygot delivered without being damaged. Although, the box wasn't spared the abuse!

Works perfect. Shipping box was beat to death but it's a 100 plus pound piece of ag equipment in a cardboard box. May have gotten a couple scratches in the paint when the FedEx driver kicked it out the back of his truck onto my gravel driveway...but I don't blame him. I wouldn't expect him to pick this thing up. I'm honestly surprised it isn't shipped as palletized truck freight.
