“Loader bolts were loose from factory and fell out. Lost bolt, washer, and tension spring. Called customer service to get replacement parts and was left on hold for over 30 minutes and call was lost. Very dissatisfied. Would still like replacement parts sent at no charge. Eric Bennett”
