Overall I was happy with the kit. The upper mount is really what I was after but for the price the whole kit can't be beat. That being said, some instructions that cover the orientation of the upper lift arms would help. Also, Loosening the tolerance for the "square" of the upper lift arms wouldn't hurt either. I had to almost drive mine on. I did clean and file the mounting surface first which did help some but it is an extremely tight fit so make sure you get them on right the first time because you don't want to take them back off. Mine unfortunately came with a bent acme rod which is what adjusts the level/height of the implement you're pulling so that's kind of a pain. it was bent pretty bad so I'm not sure how someone didn't notice that but overall It seems to work great. we've already pulled several things with it including a 2 bottom plow and a PTO driven tiller.

This is a nice setup for the price. Fit and quality are good. No instructions were included, but installation is fairly intuitive. I used one of the included bolts, nut and a small piece of 1\8 flat steel to press against to hold open the rockshaft arm, which allowed it to slide on fairly easily.

This is a very well made hitch, heavy duty and has both Cat 1 and Cat 2 balls on the arms, so they could be reversed if so desired. The rockshaft arms can be spread easily by placing them on two large blocks of wood, putting a steel splitting wedge in the gap, and smacking it with a sledgehammer. Two good hits and we were in business. The only think think could be improved is, there needs to be a good set of directions included. 90% of the assembly was simple, but I encountered a couple problems with bolts binding up the lift arms. Easy fix but could've been avoided with a good set of directions. All in all though I'm very pleased with the product and the fast shipping. Ordered on Monday, setting in the driveway on Wednesday. Can't beat that. Will order from Titan again. Mac

I ordered online from the company's website and quickly received my order. As another customer stated, the rockshaft arms are a very tight fit. Be prepared for battle installing those. My purchasing experience was good. I believe the company has a well built website, secure ordering system, and has processes in place which allow them to quickly ship orders. If you have an issue with your order, it is fairly frustrating trying to get a hold of their customer service. I believe this is an issue of being under staffed. I called and emailed so many times going to an answering machine, or no response to my emails, so I searched out employees on Facebook. Once I got in touch with someone via personal Facebook message, they were extremely helpful, apologetic, and took care of my issues. I think the communication / staffing issue is something that management needs to look into. Having said this, I would purchase from this company again. I feel their products are good quality and they have good employees.

Fast shipping. Well made and heavy duty product. Easy to install, except had a little problem spreading the clamp bars for the rocker arms. But I overcame that and the rest was an easy installation. Would buy from Titan again.
