“I received my front mount receiver plate assy to fit my JD 2038-R tractor. Upon arrival, the main plate was bent but no paint scuff was present, leading me to believe it was bent during the fabrication and passed through the paint dept without any rework...rather the painter just sent it on thru. This strikes me as very poor quality control, but it didn't impact the fit nor function....just the principle of the matter. I recently retired from 53 years of operating a structural and misc steel fabrication firm with over a dozen employees and none of my staff would have allowed this product flaw to ship to our clients. The price was the main attraction...very reasonably priced. In short, a disappointing finish, but the product does meet it's intended purpose. Delivery was reasonably quick as well (5-8 days).”

“The receiver plate does what it is needed for, but my tractor hood is so wide, it is hard to see the hitch ball from the tractor seat for hooking up.”
