While I really was looking forward to receiving the plow, I never expected it to be delivered in such a haphazard manner. The over frame consisted of a rectangle of angle iron that was anchored to two pallets by only one banding strap each. Fed Ex delivered the item and the angle Iron was completely damaged. Even while on the truck I could see that the frame was heavily damaged. The driver acknowledged that there were some scratches on the plow. Then he said there were some pretty heavy scratches. Further more the delivery folks did not have any manner in which to drop the plow, even though there was a lift gate. The length of the plow exceeded the length of the gate. They struggled for about 20 minutes, then I offered to use my forks in my tractor to get it off of the truck. I examined the plow after getting it off of the delivery truck. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The blade had heavy damage. I didn’t want to try to re load it on a fed ex truck. I wanted to blame the Fed Ex, but how could they have done any better. The over frame was junk and it was barely attached to the pallets. I’ve been dealing with the folks at customer care, but here is we’re it really hurts. They offered me 10% off on a future purchase. I was insulted. I asked for the RAL number for of the paint and 10% return. They offered an 8% return and told me they don’t know anything about the paint. I’m a pretty reasonable guy, but this is absurd.

I have only used it on snow so far. It has been great. The only problem is with the bolts for the rotation have both broken by the 2 use.

Product is well made and quite sturdy. I wish there was an option to use skid shoes. I use the blade to plow snow and it tends to dig in to much over varying terrain. Some flexibility to float some in the horizontal plane wound be nice.
