Blower worked great through a couple of snow storms and then started coming apart at the hub. Support was horrible and never was able to get the blower back into service. Now it sits in the back of the property as a reminder of you get what you pay for, or even less in this case. Very dissapointing.

I live in Northern California and I ordered my snowblower during the big storm we had. I got it a week later so I got it set up on the Tractor a few days later we got it a foot of snow what took me 6 to 7 hours to clear snow off my driveway and street with my Tractor bucket and tour up the driveway and street only took 2 to 3 hours with my Snowblower and left it very clean and flat I have a gravel driveway and Street am vary happy with it. The only thing I am not happy with is the arm is to short to turn the shoot but that is a easy fix and the shoot is hard to turn but that could be because all the new paint on the teeth but other than that I am very Happy with it

I have used the snowblower many times this year. My only issue is the driveline sent with the snowblower had only one chain attached to the safety sleeve to keep it from rotating with the shaft, and of course, the sleeve is in two sections, so two are needed. Customer service had only to send me a second chain. Instead, they told me it only needed one chain and I never got the second chain, so I ordered another shorter PTO shaft, from another vendor and it came with both safety chains. Again, I love the product. Seemed like such a simple fix, so why not take care of the problem?

My first impression is this is a serious heavy-duty attachment. It arrived a couple of days late due to weather but was well crated and in good condition. It is a bit heavy but solidly built. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks like it should easily handle the snow and ice.
