“While the Trailer hitch is built like a tank, there is far too much play in the pins allowing for lots of rattle especially while attached to a trailer. The holes in the vertical channel are almost 1/8" larger than the pins allowing for far too much play. The holes in the plate that is physically attached to the balls are reasonably snug. If all the holes had been the size of those, I would rate this a 5. The looseness of those holes and the rattle is why I'm only giving this a 3.”
