“Not sure if I lost the assembly instructions or if I didn't get a hard copy. I don't use my cell phone much, nor does it have the QR scan. Luckily I'm semi-mechanically inclined. It went together w/o any problems...except. The bolts for the rake teeth are cheap Chinese steel. I may be in a little bit better shape than most 67 yr olds, but I shouldn't be able to strip the threads on 17 mm bolts. Stripped 2 while I was snugging them down with a 3/8 in. drive rachet, so I switched to using my left hand. Luckily I also got the depth wheels, so I had extra bolts.”

“The landscape rake and wheels arrived in a steel crate. Once the banding was removed the box that held the assembly parts was broken open. The nuts and bolts were all accounted for but the top link support arm adjustment pin was missing. I contacted customer support and followed all their instructions on taking photos and submitting them. I have been on and off the phone with customer support 4 times over the past thee months with no success. I was told previously that they would have to take it off a new unit and send it to me. I have never been one to leave negative reviews but I’m afraid this will never get resolved. Additionally the rear wheels do not have enough room to pivot completely so you can’t back up with the rake in the downward position. Hope this helps.”
