The Replacement Shank is designed to replace broken or damaged ripper shanks on the 3 Point 3 Shank Subsoiler. Sold individually, this heavy-duty replacement shank is heat-treated from solid steel, features four adjustable rear notches for depth control, and includes the ripper point. Crafted an inch thick, this durable replacement blade will break through tough ground and rip up roots. It is good practice to check the shanks each season to see if there are cracks, wear and tear, or a loss and to fasten bolts that may have become loose.

“Bought for custom application on my small crawler tractor. Was looking for something with similar dimensions. This ripper-shank comes with replaceable tooth. Is just what i was looking for. Has been working great to rip hard-soil and fractured rock to about 18" deep. Beyond this my tractor doesn't have enough power to push thru. Good-price and good performance.”

“Made my own tool bar and this shank works well. I ordered 2 and only received 1. They took care of it and shipped another one but it took a long time to receive it.”

“I bought this replacement ripper to make the center section of a windbreak prep tool I was building. The ripper is definitely strong, and comes with a replaceable tooth that is not mentioned online (bonus!) but I can only give it 4* because the thickness and width listed on the website ended up being wrong and it did not fit my designs as I had planned, I needed to cut and widen the sleeve I had already completed because these rippers are actually 1.25" x 7.25", not 1"x7" as they're listed.”
