“I bought this mower to pull behind with my antique farm tractor that I use with many implements. The mower itself is great, easy to start up and cuts well. The main issue is all four of the wheels are rotating castors and the hitch obviously allows it to pivot behind the towing vehicle. If you go over any type of incline (not even mildly steep) the mower will roll towards the lowest point. Facing down on a steep hill that can be quite dangerous as it wants to swing around and “jackknifes”. Basically it wants to come ahead of the tractor. On anything other than perfectly flat ground it is annoying as it follows the pitch of the ground. My solution for this is to connect two of the wheels via one long axle, making them unable to rotate. Simply put if you think you’re gonna take this out of the crate and start mowing you’re in for a surprise. Once you get it set up for your needs everything seems to work well. Many other pull behind mowers do not have all four wheels on rotating casters. Seems like a pretty big design flaw here.”
