Have only had my blade for about two weeks but ordered it and been waiting on it for over a month. It arrived looking like it was a piece of used equipment with parts missing. Still waiting on the missing parts. At this rate winter will be over and I still won't be able to use the blade. Do not recommend this company for purchases due to the issues we have had and are still having. Was told the blade was lost by the freight company but Titan said it was delayed due to weather. Don't know who to believe except that the blade looked like it fell off the freight truck for sure. Titan is not a company interested in their customers so I would think twice about ordering from them.

Packaging was crap The blade came on a 24x24 wood pallet with a crumbled flimsy steel frame around the attachment portion was dragged on the floor, had to carry it out of the truck because the driver is not allowed to pick it up. The lift pins were missing Called costumer service 3x, their response was “go to tractor supply and buy the pins and they will reimburse” but they could not tell me the thread size. By the way the thread is 20mm X 2.5mm pitch. Not available in the US market, besides tractor supply is 100miles from me That said the unit may be good, purchasing was easy, the rest was ?!? I did receive an e-mail with something on order, no mention what or when I should expect delivery, Philippines costumer service at its best! Cheers

Hello Gabriel, please accept our sincere apologies if parts of your order are missing. Your feedback will certainly be used to enhance our shipping procedure, ensuring that our warehouse team properly inspects the items prior to delivery to guarantee that they are complete. I checked your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our product specialists, who had placed your replacement order. Parts have to be picked and packaged separately so the processing time is slightly longer than regular orders, but I assure you that your concern is a priority and we will resolve this issue for you. Please email us at info@titanattachments.com if you require further assistance.

Used it first time to remove snow on our gravel road and it bent where it pivots, even when big nut is fully tight it’s loose, ..-and paint cracking and coming off on three point,, maybe it’s made in China? And I’m taking first and only time we used it,,, Don’t buy unless your moving sawdust or sand ,,, If they used thicker plate where it pivots and tighter tolerances would have been better, but I guess you get what you pay for,, would be to much trouble to return it,,I guess

This 8 foot blade is okay. Three featurw It does not have which my previous 8 foot blade had were: 1- welded connection between lifting arm and the blade proper, 2- a stand, and 3- the selecting pins were much beefier and mounted through the rear of the blade. The Titan Blade is tough and will do a very good job for years!
