The heavy roller in the back assists in smooth performance even in rough terrain. Besides cutting tall grass and brush, this flail mower cuts the overgrowth vertically, allowing the cut grass and brush to fall to the ground rather than to the sides, giving you a finer finish and less damage from thrown debris.
