The 3 Point Land Leveler and Grader is perfect for landscaping and construction. It efficiently clears high spots and fills low patches on gravel driveways, parking lots, and dirt roads. Its wide and deep attachment covers more area, making it ideal for all land leveling jobs. Designed to connect to both Category 1 and 2, 3 Point hookups, it is also compatible with the Titan QH1. This grader features 0.5" thick double-edged reversible blades, protecting the steel blade underneath. It is also compatible with adjustable scarifier shanks, sold separately, which can rip up to 5" of hard-packed dirt.

“it works great for smoothing things out it is amazing if you are dealing with piles the box scraper is probably better but on a driveway this is amazing i am using it behind a kubota 4740 almost 50 hp tractor and a 7 ft is about all it will pull up hill.”

“The leveler grades very well. My only complaints are, it should have been built with adjustable depth blades and a support towards the back to prevent flexing. It does move a lot of dirt. I am glad that it was built with scarifier brackets.”

“Good solid piece of equipment. I was able to use the scarifiers from my box blade on this , so that was a bonus. Going to add a hydraulic top link for better control of the downforce angle.”

“I just received this land plane today and wanted to comment. The materials are excellent (nice and thick steel, nice finish, good welds), the packaging was outstanding (they built a steel cage around the thing to ship it, and now I have a nice platform once I add some plywood). Quality seems good EXCEPT for one major issue: I purchased this land leveler/grader based on being told that it would work with my quick hitch (Kubota QH15). Unfortunately, whoever laid out the pieces in the factory to weld them up ended up spacing the steel incorrectly such that the bottom attachment points are aaaaalmost too wide for the quick hitch. If I center one of the attachment points and one side of the QH engages, the other side hits the inner fram. I carefully leveled and adjusted the QH to make sure it wasn't user error but there's only about 1/16" of spare room in there. I literally have to scrape the paint off just to get the QH to engage. It's just barely possible to engage both pins (it's a really tight fit), but once I managed to get this working after 90 minutes of sweat and cussing, THE TOP LINK WAS OFF CENTER AND WOULD NOT ENGAGE. Whoever welded this together did a pretty poor job, and now my quick hitch won't work. I CAN remove the QH and fiddle with the linkages to attache the land leveler the old school way but it's a huge pain in the neck. Yes, I was able to get it working, and it gave a good result once I did a few passes on my driveway, but given the amount of effort it is to use, every time I attach this Titan implement it's going to remind me of just how irritating it is to work around their poor workmanship. So five stars for materials, one star for construction and your QC department I spent a lot of money on this, carefully weighing the pros and cons of each company's offerings. I was really excited to get this today. Now I'm disappointed and frustrated.”
