“I returned mine. I thought it was necessary to purchase one and did not read the specifications well enough to see that one was included with the chipper at NO EXTRA COST.”

“One of the bearing cap spring clips came off while I was installing the shaft. Went back in place and works fine.”

“Outstanding response to a problem I was having with the original PTO shaft that I had received. Within ten days after reviewing my e-mailing of the problem (along with pictures), they sent me a replacement and it fit perfectly. As new owners of a small Kubota tractor, they were very helpful in properly installing the part.”
