“I purchased 3 identical belts for a forestry mulcher. I received one belt that was correct and two different belts that were completely incorrect. I have been emailing repeatedly trying to set up either a refund or an exchange for the correct belt. Every time I email it takes nearly a week to even get a response and the company refuses to send the correct belts or to issue a refund do not buy from this place!!!”
