Mower arrived not working. It has no spark. Customer support from Titan/ Palletforks is horrible. It takes 4 days for email replies. Calling in is useless too. Now I'm stuck with a $4500 mower that doesn't work and they want me to pay return shipping for their error! WTF! Stay away far far away from this company!!!

I have very steep hills that I mow. I was using an ancient Mott Flail mower behind my ATV. It's engine was tired and the blades don't last too long because they are very thin. I went for this bad boy for it's electric start engine and heavier blades. It is very nice. It is alot heavier than the old one and it is wider because of the big tires and adjusting mechanism. It cuts 4 ft but is 6 ft wide. It is flush with ATV on the right side but sticks out almost 2 feet on the left side. That takes getting used to. Has plenty of power. Doesn't bog down. I feel that it will last forever due to it's construction. Well made.

If you get a wire caught between the drum and bearing you have to tear the whole mower apart completely and hope the bearing and seal is ok

Great mower, have used it a couple of times in the last month. The only issue I had was there weren't any unpacking/setup instructions. Used the exploded view diagrams to figure it out.
