“The product works good. Moves bales without tearing the plastic. The customer service needs a lot of work. Had a problem with a hydraulic line leaking new out of the box and no one offered assistance and they did not respond to several emails. Product works good after I had to pay to repair the hydraulic line. Poor customer service. Beware.”

“Works as well as I had hoped it would. Seems well constructed and so far the only risk of tearing bales with plastic is when stacking them tight and over-opening the gripper. This on occasion would rub the adjoining bale hard enough to put a tear in the plastic.”
