The Hay Bale Elevator makes storing square hay bales in the barn loft easier, faster, and more efficient for one person. This hefty chain drive conveyor features curved teeth that will grab hold of the bales carrying them along the track at a max angle of 45-degrees with an elevation of 11' 3". The base unit is built out at 15 FT and comes in two 7' 9" sections that can be lengthened by adding your choice of 4 FT or 8 FT extensions, sold separately. The included drive kit features a 3/4 HP motor with a pulley, cord, and plug, along with a detachable universal motor mount to ensure its protection from the elements. Whether running 100 to 800 bales, this Hay Bale Elevator will make your hay season smooth and less taxing on your muscles.

“It works fine with nothing on it, but it stops immediately when loading with one square bale. Remove the bale and it will work again. Making the angle less steep and changing the pulley does not help. It simply cannot handle the job it is built for.”

“No on/off switch. Seems under powered or the angle is to much. Belt slips and does not move once bale is placed on conveyor”

“Great tool...heavy so you will need help getting it up like a ladder. Grabs the bales very well if at the right angle...if it's too steep it won't grab them. We tried it on the shavings as well, but the grippers damage the bag. really like to tool...only change I wish was that the motor was variable speed.”
