The Clamp-On Hay Bale Spear Attachment is designed to easily install on the front of your skid steer or tractor loader bucket. This universal mount slides over the bucket's cutting edge and utilizes the underside for leverage. With the puck, it will slide onto buckets that are up to 1.5" thick and 2" without the puck. The durable frame features a sleeve for installing the included 36" hay bale spear, rated at a 3,000 LB loading capacity, and two stabilizer spears that are fixed to the frame. Because of its powerful weight capacity, you can easily transport and stack several hay bales, round or square. Use this attachment on the farm or ranch to help feed horses, cows, and other animals.

“The description is important because the thickness and angle of the lip on the bucket may make this difficult to use. It does indicate the sizes, with and without the "puck." I guess mine falls closer to the 2" mark in thickness, so I had to remove the pucks. The handles will losen somewhat regularly, so be sure to re-check for tightness. Also, it would be better if this product had the option to replace the smaller spears like the other universal clamp on attachement. I stopped buying the other one after two of the frames broke. Hoping this one is stronger. Already bent one of the small spears.”

“Very impressed with the way it's made, heavy made. I have only moved a few bales so for. I belive it will last a long time. I use it on a Ford 3400. Shipping was fast.”
