“I bought this to mount torch tanks and other equipment to, and then carry it behind a tractor I didn’t use the sleeve hitch as I welded the box to a 3point carrier I gave it 4 stars because the box was warped, picky folks wouldn’t like that, but it’s perfectly functional you have to look close to see it’s not square, but I’m happy with it”
