The safety information was scrapped off by forklift tynes and dented ,Overall paint was scratched and dented, Hook safetys were damaged. T bolt locks missing,Safety chain missing. Agent gave me an email with the safety information on it and $75.00 so I could paint it myself??? I requested a replacement and was turned down. Not good of customer service and very stupid not to provide all the safety items or replace the unit. If I Owned the liabilty on this company I would be concerned about the attention given to mittigating any personall injury lawsuits.
I think it is crappy that I have to put up with scrappy looking dent scratch equipment that is suposed to be NEW
