The boom came in a well constructed crate. Shipping was way faster than I thought it would be! The product arrived damaged. I took pictures right away and emailed them in. We have been working for several weeks and still don’t have any answers. I was able to use the boom to set trusses. Without the extension option, it made it more difficult. Hoping we can get the broken cylinder nipple fixed soon.

I am using this on a Kioti ck2610 SE HST tractor with the 20 ft boom to set 24' attic trusses (212 lbs, 12 on 12 pitch) that are 12'9" off the floor. It is really tight on capacity/reach (not using the manual extension) but it is getting the job done. It takes a while to figure out how to get these things done. Since the tractor is small, when the boom is laying down pretty flat (below 45 deg), I cannot curl/tilt back. You have to really figure out how to rig things up, account for the space you have to work in and the abilities of the equipment. Overall I am very pleased, I don't think I would be able to get these trusses in place without this 20 ft Telescoping Truss Boom. The only complaint I have is titan doesn't offer other style hydraulic quick connectors, only skid steer flat face type. Since I am using this on a tractor and my third function connectors are pioneer type, I have to buy a set of pioneer quick connectors every time I buy a new attachment.

Trust boom great, packing crate bent and driver scratch the driveway. The bottom of the crate would not support the weight and bent. Titan just lined fingers at the driver, but the crate failed. No responsibility taken by Titan.
