“Many threads were untapped on most fittings and decent amount of rust on parts & cage (must store outside ~year til sold). Customer service was very nice & agreeable (sent me another nut/bolt pack, just in case). But Titan never shipped tapped side rails, even after 3-4 calls and 1-2 months waiting. Had to pay local shop to tap so could assemble this brand new basket. Titan said would reimburse shop fees to fix for assembly, but after so many hours, calls, and extra cost, glad to start using equipment for work. QC could be better but would likely drive up price. Bought Titan for value. If expect quality regardless of price, buy John Deere or Cat, but then you wouldn't be reading this now, right?! Bottom line - Once assembled, great safe cage and would buy from Titan again for the value. Also bought extreme HD stump & rock bucket + JD-to-skid-steer adapter.”
