“The pin in the attachment is only 5/8 inches so it allows the attachment to much wiggle room. I ordered the 49 inch spears. Three times I was sent 39 inch conus 1 spears that don’t fit the attachment. I was offered a full refund and only received part of it. I don’t know how you stay in business when you don’t ship the correct products?”

Hi Terry, thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a refund for the spears have been issued on 09/12 and a refund for the Sleeve was issued 09/22.
