“I needed 3/4” body size flat face couplers to match my equipment. A 3/4” body size coupler has a diameter of 1.18”. I ordered 3/4 coupler. What I received was a 1/2” body size coupler, with a diameter of 0.98”. I called in. They didn’t believe me. Made me take a picture while measuring it. Then they slow-shipped me a replacement. When I opened the replacement - guess what? 1/2” coupler with 0.98”. So I ordered it on Amazon. I got a correct coupler in 2 days. Lost 10 days with Titan.”
