“As far as your company, I am not impressed with shipping , no written instructions,missing parts,Etc . When finally attempting to assemble there were two parts that were not in online instructions and customer service was clueless. I was unable to use my Code reader Ap on my phone and tried to use yours which did not work.Then I was slammed in a $6.99 weekly billing which I did not authorize. In the future I will seek out a more reputable company with a proven track record on customer service.”

“I needed a log splitter for our fire ring and occasional fire in the fireplace but really didn't want to spend a lot of money on a gas powered one and electric was also a no. This manual log splitter fits the bill very nicely. My wife doubted its ability to split a log and of course, the first on I showed her had a huge knot and did take some work to get it split. After that one, everything went well with a lot less effort. I don't push myself hard doing this and it is a nice workout. I can split wood whenever I want to without the fumes and noise of a gas splitter, and no extra cost for fuel and maintenance. It's a winner all the way around in my opinion. Very happy with this purchase indeed.”

“Speed of delivery! What slow supply chain? I tend to stand over the log so as to use my weight in pulling the handles in an alternate fashion.”

“Miss Jodie and I live in Western North Carolina where splitting firewood is not a trivial thing. We use about two chords a heating season so putting up the firewood is on the agenda throughout the year. This is a terrific item. The fit and finish is the very best. It makes splitting fire wood so easy that your grandmother would be able to do it all herself. Even with mature Hickory this tool is capable. I would like to recommend it with more stars but there is a limit. It's operation made Jodie reply, "Who needs a gym when you have one of these." The design is simple, elegant and it splits wood most efficiently. Absolute genius and I hope you'uns become billionairs from this single piece of equipment....its really that well made and that good at what it does.”
