“This pallet fork attachment looks and feels sturdy and well made. Although it took almost took a month to get it, I'm satisfied with the pallet fork. The first one shipped was damaged beyond repair by FedEx freight the second one took longer to be delivered than expected ( scratched all over but NOT damage beyond repair/remedy) but the seller is at no fault other than choosing FedEx freight as their shipping partner. I felt bad for Titan attachments customer service but their the only one you can actually communicate when your shipment is pending for delivery for a week with FedEx (FedEx being clueless where your item is ). As I've said earlier the product is well made but I really would have to like Titan products so much to order another product if FedEx will remain as their shipper of choice. I have ordered 2 items already from Titan attachments and both orders were pretty banged up with FedEx freight handling. Hopefully Titan attachments can find a better shipping partner.”
