Seems to be great as far as quality. Assembly instructions as to bolt orientation was somewhat vague and misleading, but went together well with a little thought. As far as packaging for shipping goes, there could be some improvement. Maybe if a lateral band, or two were added to the crate, it would kept the ends of the shipping crate from blowing out. That being said all parts seems to have been delivered, but some were loose from the crate. Haven't actually used it yet, but expect it to work fine. Would definitely recommend.

This crane is well made and very easy to assemble. MAKE SURE THOUGH YOU HAVE A FEW STRONG MEN TO HELP RAISE IT! The only down side i could find are the bolts are metric most people have sae wrenches

This crane went together easily, with no pieces weighing more than maybe 75 lbs. The steel was covered in a glossy coat of paint that did not chip off. Everything aligned perfectly, and the coaster brakes worked well. I lifted the crane upright using a carabiner stretched between straps anchored on the vertical posts 18 inches below the top of the gantry. A "cherry picker" engine crane made it easy. I installed the legs when the unit was suspended above them. I removed the bottom 3 inches from the inner vertical posts to facilitate storage and use in my garage. It was too close to the ceiling otherwise. Armed with the very-affordable but high-quality Titan trolley and chain, I lifted my 575 lb. bandsaw off of its two pallets with hardly any force. The gantry didn't even creak. The unit has a small footprint and stores assembled in my garage, always ready to lift a heavy log to my bandsaw or to lift my other machines when needed. Moving it outside for higher lifting requires removing the legs and dragging it past the entry with the cherry picker. But that is much easier than it sounds.

Mostly very nice, wheels could be a little better but are ok. Crate arrived via Fed-X bashed in some, so some parts had a little paint rubbed off but that was all very superficial. For the price its a very nice Gantry Crane, the same as Northern Tool but a little less expensive.
