“My Work Cart arrived in no box. It was wrapped in plastic and the shipping label was taped on the bottom. All the top corners and sides were bent. The cart was 1 inch out of square. I had to use 2 hands to pull the drawer out. I understand it was a scratch and dent item but I assumed Titan would try to minimize additional damage in shipping. It will be a good conversation piece in my shop.”

Hi Steve, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had in regards to shipping. I have had a chance to check and I can see that indeed, a return has been keyed and the refund has been issued on 09/01. While are glad to know that you like the color and the size of the cart, the order could've been handled better while in transit. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up items for shipment. However, this is on us and we'll strive to do better. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. Thank you however for your consideration and my apologies again.

“Great little cart at the right price. Would have given 5 stars but the handle on the sliding drawerwas dented. Does not affect the door from working, but I would have liked to given the cart its first dent instead of receiving it from the factory with one.”

“A grate little cart and when I say little it is only In reference that there are larger carts. Love the drawer the shelves and the 2 adjustable side hooks to hang stuff on. Has heavy duty locking wheels and a nice paint job. Just put the wheels and handle on and you ready to roll.”
