“Packaging could be improved. First one arrived with box torn open but taped closed byFedEx. Box filled with gravel, as it appears the box was shoved off the back of a truck. Parts missing due to open box. Customer service was stellar! A quick phone call and they arranged the pickup of the original unit and they immediately sent out a second unit. Received second unit with all parts but appeared FedEx damaged one of the mount plates for the caster wheel. Did some hammering to straighten plate and all assembled correctly. The unit is heavy duty and can certainly support a lot of weight. I use the dolly to move a 1000 pound 3-point wood chipper around my storage shop. I find the rolling resistance to be very high due to the somewhat soft tread material on the caster wheels (I previously used a dolly with hard plastic wheels which easily rolled with about half the effort of this unit). My floor is smooth, level concrete but still almost too much for one person to move the 1000lb load. A harder tire material would be a huge improvement for an otherwise great dolly.”
