“After hurricane Sally, we had 100 large trees blown down on our 11 acres. The Titan debris fork was a lifesaver, but I kept bending or breaking spears (usually by unintentionally getting one spear under a large root). I tried to buy more spears, but Titan said they were back-ordered. So I bought a second Titan debris fork and loaned the old one to my neighbor.
So far, the scratch and dent spears seem to be as good as the originals. I gave them four stars because I've only installed two so far. My fear when ordering was that they might not have been tempered properly. But those two are doing great.
TIP: the threads on the Titan spears may be a little deformed from shipping. Before taking the nut all the way off, work it back and forth thoroughly until the threads turn easily. That way the nut will start correctly when you put it back on during the install.”
