“The scratch & sent item never arrived due to the box shredding in shipment. I had to call and follow up. On the same call I ordered “the correct” model hitch according to the customer service rep. It got delivered but it is too big for my implements. I called to follow up last week and inquire about getting this other one returned. No reply other than they want ME to pay a restocking fee. Be very careful before doing business with this company. I e already experienced two strikes and been disappointed in the lack of follow up on my order. But my inbox is slammed with their “How did we do on your order” emails. It really shouldn’t be this hard.”
