“i did not find any where that parts would be missing It cost me as much to replace missing parts as it would of cost to buy not scratch &dent. called coustomer service they pretty much sayed tough luck I will never buy from again”

“Everything was missing to assemble the item as well as the grab pins could have bought cheaper un-scratched and dented all to hell after I buy the stuff to put it together. When I called to ask for hardware basically told should have read the fine print. I just bought a lot of implements from Titan but I will be looking for a new company on my next purchase.”
