“This wasn't a scratch and dent it was a customer return with snapped off bolts and holes that were not threaded. Fortunately im handy enought to remove the broken bolts and tap the unthreaded holes. This thing is rated at 200 Lbs. but I seriously doubt it maybee 100 at most. Its ok for basic hand tools but not strong enough for a heavy sander or grinder. Kind of dissapointed.”
