“This was a replacement for a similar item by a different manufacturer. It seems the same base model is used by many different companies, who then add minor customisations. This model doesn't have a master on/off switch where the old one did, but then we never turned off the old one! This one doesn't continue to drip after running (which is why we sent that one back), which is a much more important difference!”
“This hot water dispenser heats very quickly but dispenses quite slow although it is still faster than boiling a kettle to pour a cup.
