“I love your product however I had to reach out to customer service twice and the 2nd time I found out that some of those procure I order in July were sold out and I would have to accept a refund. I found this out in late August. Really I am kind of lucky that I remember to reach to your team about this because the item was never shipped. It appears that a label was printed but the fulfillment team never told anyone they didn't have those items and nothing ever moved forward not this. I do love the product however this whole interaction was worse case for me. In face I still have not received this item, however did receive my refund for the items that can't be shipped to me. Because of all of this, I am going to say we are on a break why I look into my other options. I get it you all moved warehouses and something happened, I sucks. However what sucks more than that is the way this situations was handled. The customer service rep told me the item was lost in shipping. That's just a lie to make your job easier. Own up to it say you don't know what happened and that you are really sorry, don't blame another company. I did place another order with a different company...I don't love their product as much as I love yours. There were no issue with devilry.”
