“I found these compression tops a few years ago by treating google like therapy and searching for something like, “what’s a step down from a binder if you don’t think that’s the direction you want to go and your chest is too big for one anyway buy you no longer feel comfortable and affirmed in a normal bra?” I live in them now. A large fits me well. My regular bra size is a 34G, I wear a medium or large in women’s shirts and a medium in men’s.”

“I’m a baby ftm and have massive chest dysphoria. I got big honkers (DDD) and a small waist so I wasn’t sure about sizing. But the chart is great! I was in between XL and L and got a L. Fits great! Doesn’t compress all the way like a binder would but makes me look more like a C or B cup which is GREAT! Perfect for baggy t-shirts. Not a boob in sight!”
