“I am a 36AA bra size, weigh 180 lbs, and am 5'3". I measured myself with a tailor measurement tape using TomboyX's instructions, even though I've always known I'm an x-small or small size. I ordered the small size since that's what the TomboyX chart said I would fit, but when I tried it on, it couldn't even go past my shoulders. I exchanged it for a medium and measured myself again - the medium size is bigger than my measurements. When I tried it on, I still struggled to get it past my shoulders and it was so tight underneath my breasts that it hurt me. I decided not to try and exchange it for a large because it would basically be the same as a sports bra and would not compress my breasts.
There is a pervasive stereotype that people with small breasts are automatically thin people. It does not consider that there are chubby/fat folks with very small breasts. This was the first compression top I ever tried, so I don't know if this is also an issue with other compression top companies. I don't know if there's some type of way to make a compression top that is adjustable, sort of like a bra, but still is the style of a compression top and results in compression.
I am very dejected and don't even want to try a different company that makes compression tops. I am just beginning my gender identity journey as a nonbinary person assigned female at birth and the lack of inclusion in compression top sizes for big people with small breasts just results in continued gender dysphoria for me. I am extremely disappointed.
Also, the questions are not allowing me to select "too small", I don't know why.”

“I’m 6”1’ about 155lbs and I wear a Medium.
Because I’m kinda tall I’m always worried clothing like this will slide up when I raise my arms, but nope! This thing stays in place no matter what I do!
I haven’t had any chafing under the arms or seams digging in to my skin when I move, which makes it easy together I’m even wearing it!
It’s overall very comfortable, 100% recommend!”
