“I'm relatively new to the world of bra-wearing. I did start wearing a sports bra a year or so ago for boxing workouts, but otherwise went without. But after a lumpectomy for breast cancer last Fall, and subsequent radiation and some side effects, I was told to wear a compression bra at all times, at least for a while.
The Full Spectrum bra is the most comfortable one I've worn to date. And I am NOT a fan of wearing bras. I've purchased two so far, and will get a couple more to replace my heavier sports/compression bra with this type. It gives good compression and support, is comfortable, and looks great. Also more true to size for me - I had to order the other bra I've been wearing in a 2XL, and I'm usually a Medium or Large in clothing sizes”
