“I love the look, comfort, and pockets on these swim bottoms. I wish I could tighten the waistband just a tiny bit more to feel 100% secure. They aren't so big that I would size down, but I also only feel 95% sure that they will stay on for watersports. The drawstring only tightens the front and not the whole waistband. That is the only thing I would change. Honestly might just throw an extra stitch in the waistband myself. If you have narrow hips, definitely size down or get a different style shorts.”

“I ordered size medium and found them a bit too big for me. They are good quality however, I was expecting something more. I thought TomboyX would be different than your standard men’s swim shorts. I don’t really see much difference other than the fact that they are way more expensive. Also, the return process is arduous and expensive. I wanted to love it, but just not worth it.”
“It was mentioned these fit small so I got a medium instead of a small because, well, menopause and you can't ever figure out what your hips are doing... Mine measured 39" which according to the size chart would definitely be a medium, even though I'm pretty much a small for most stuff. They aren't too big, but maybe I could have gone for a small? It would be super helpful if the pictures had a "model is wearing such and such size" caption....”
