The Good: First-time buyer of period underwear; very pleased. I was nervous to go completely pad-free at work, so I just wore them around the house on the first and last days of my flow, to test out the capacity and security. Can't speak for heavier flows, but as for fit: They sit comfortably below my hip bone, neither pinching/restricting nor slipping/falling. Ordered a 2XS; I'm 5'3" and ~99lbs. Perfect, secure fit! Loosens a little after first wash.
Some Notes: Maybe because I'm kinda flat back there, the back of the waistband sits much higher than the front, so it's sometimes visible above my jeans line - only in the back. Not a con, just FYI, since the waistband-peek seems to be one of the appeals of this brand/aesthetic.
