I haven't tried it on my period yet, but the leakproof part goes pretty far so I think it would work. (I know that some people said the 4.5" trunks don't have a large enough leakproof part. I haven't tried those turnks but the leakproof part on the bikini underwear seems sufficient.)”

“These run quite small imo. I'm a women's 8/10 and ordered 2 of the large. This was my second purchase with them. The large are comically small. I gave them to my (thin) 11 year old niece. Maybe that's why they were on clearance? The fabric is premium and I adore wearing the period protection, which works great.
I'm guessing I would need to go up 2 sizes for these not to cut into me so badly. Which means my size 8/10 body would be a XXL or 1X. I don't care about the number; it's just odd that they were cut so small.”
“This is my first pair of leakproof bikinis, and they did not disappoint. The cut, style, and color of the panties are all excellent, as is the craftsmanship. These are so comfortable you'll forget you're wearing them. As to leakproof, I haven't had a single leak yet, and that's a big comfort to me, especially when I'm around other people. “I usually wear a large in undies so I got these in a large. Initially, they feel a little snug, so I was worried. However, they're very comfortable and my favorites. I have a couple of pairs of period undies from another brand, but they don't fit well so they've become my backups. The pad lining can feel a little thick sometimes, but it never bugs me for a long time. They don't ride up or anything, they fit snugly and stay where they're supposed to!
I only use these as backups to my disc that I use to catch any leaks, so I don't think I can really vouch for their overall absorbency. But they're perfect for my needs.”
