“I've needed some kind of leakproof briefs for when I may leak some urine when I've waited too long to go or I may have small amounts pass after I've ostensibly finished. Regular men's underwear allows leaks like this to stain trousers. These pleasantly-colored sugar violet 4.5" trunks are extremely comfortable and seem to hold the relatively modest amounts of leakage I may experience. They were clearly designed for women but work well for men. I do not expect them to hold a complete loss of urinary control, which I have not experienced. I heartily recommend them to men and women.”
