“This is the 2nd time I have been shipped “Tomboy” briefs with no gusset. When I emailed the team about it this time there was absolutely no accountability and implications that this was my error when Tomboy implies women and women’s underwear REQUIRES a cotton gusset. There was nowhere on the site that explicitly stated the briefs Were NOT for WOMEN or that they had NO GUSSET. I Suggest a Dev Audit of your site and a customer service overhaul to mitigate potential for future incidents. I have been buying Tomboy briefs for almost 7 years now but I can tell you I will NEVER PURCHASE from you EVER AGAIN.”
