“6" Modals are super affirming and give me Goldilocks moments! Have tried 9" and 6" cotton and 9" Modal. 9" are too long under most of my shorts and the Modal stretches out quickly and colors fade. After washing a few times the cotton fits a bit inconsistently. These are perfect. The band stays flat and doesn't dig in, buttons are low profile so don't snag or show through clothes, and colors stay vibrant after multiple washings. Live in a hot climate and these stay cool.
