I don't know if it's meant to accommodate a packer - I couldn't find anything about that anywhere. But it does have a pouch at the front. Now, an STP might be awkward to use, but it's perfect for my Mr. Limpy. In fact, it's doing a much better job than any other packing underwear I've found -even on here- because it's quite tight and the packer can't dangle wildly when I move or shift into an awkward position that needs adjusting. If you're looking for a secure place for your soft packer, I recommend trying this.”
