“These are my go to sleep short. I run hot and this is the perfect bottom for comfortable sleep. I know this isn't its intended use but its what works best. I find that if I have a looser bottom it rides up and becomes a super wedge which will disrupt sleep just as much as hot flashes. The only way it could be better if it was the modal which is slightly lighter.”
